I think it is more likely that people will work with more urgency if there is a deadline set, no one wants to fail.

Pollack correlates his free flowing mind to yoga and the effects it has on the brain. Yoga causes participants to meditate and truly relax the mind. Yoga relieves you of stress and keeps you mind receptive. When you work under stressful circumstances it is important say centered and not be over taken by the stress of your profession.
In terms of training and development it important to stress the significance of creativity and diligence to success. Creativity comes flowing when the mind is stress free and receptive. In a high stress environment or a environment that has stress at all, it is vital that as a worker you attack every assignment without stressing yourself. In terms of actual training it is important train the mind and prepare it for whatever may be encountered in the profession. A receptive mind is a creative mind, but in order to be successful you have to first open your mind to the possibilities.
