Recently the United States Air force has been experiencing a lot of controversy over different sexual assualts happening that are involving Air Force cadets. In reaction to this controversy the Pentagon has come up with a training hat "could 'dramatically affect' the mission of the United States Armed Forces is telling soliders when it is appropriate to kiss a girl". The Air Force is the latest branch of the militarty to employ training of this sort. I believe that the Air Force should of employeed such training a little earlier in order to avoid any form of sexual assult cases. I do agree with the need of employeeing such needed training, I just don't fully agree with waiting until something happens in order to do something about it. A training of this sort should be empowering the cadets in determinigng whether the situations are appropriate situations or not. From which ever situation that the cadet decides upon, the trainer would be able to explain whether that was the smart decision or not, before putting the cadet into a totally different situation. In regards to other organizations I believe that we should put some smart training into action before situations like these start happening creating a bad repuation for those organizations.
